Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the procurement of foreign originator drugs - secondary imports.
2.Develop overseas supplier resources and their management.
3.Cooperate with sales department for daily inquiry and purchase order execution.
4.According to the foreign PI requisition foreign exchange.
5.Notify foreign suppliers to purchase stock, and timely collect information such as physical pictures, batch number, effective use period, etc. of drugs.
6.Follow up the foreign C00 (certificate of origin) processing, to assist customers for one-time import drug approvals.
7.Arrange for foreign shipments, organize the relevant import information.
8. After the goods arrive at the port of import, prepare the customs clearance record, go to the local Food and Drug Administration for the import of drugs customs clearance.
9. Prepare customs declaration information to docking customs clearance.
10.Check the goods and sign for acceptance.
11.Assist the department manager in other daily work.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Pharmacy, Chemistry, English or International Trade Department and other related majors.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Proactive, pioneering spirit, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
4. Skilled in using Office software and Internet platform.
5.Chemical import and export trade work experience is preferred.
